I can connect to the database without issue using a DbVisualizer (3rd party sql client). There are some stackoverflow posts regarding this message, but most of the thread solutions involve network or VPN problems that don't apply in my case. Unfortunately, I do not recall the specific version v10.13.x it was on, prior to the update. Is, until my macbook installed the latest MacOS, updating it to v10.13.4.
